Bill is the president of Far-Flung Communications, a media and communications consulting firm. He joined the 25x’25 Alliance in a communications support role in 2006. He has been consulting, and writing and editing content for a wide range of non-profit and for-profit initiatives and companies. He has broad reporting, writing, editing and communications experience, including 25 years as a newspaper reporter and columnist in Virginia, Florida, Atlanta, GA, and Washington, D.C., covering government, business, the courts, politics, education, trade, health care, energy, the environment, technology, food safety, agriculture, art and entertainment. Bill served as managing editor for a Chicago-based magazine publishing firm for a number of years before establishing Far-Flung Communications in 2005. He is a 1972 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University.
